The group struggles with the harsh realities of disaster response and exclusion, highlighted by the death of Ragnarok, the Little Man's dog, and the mysterious celestial phenomena involving the Wanderer and the moon. The chapter explores the tension between authority and individual initiative in a crisis, as well as the enigmatic nature of the Wanderer and its cosmic implications.
